# How do I delete my account?

> Permanently close your Revti account and delete all data.

## Steps

**1.** Go to **Settings** then **Account**.

**2.** Scroll to the bottom and click **Delete Account**.

**3.** You will be asked to confirm by typing your account email.

**4.** Confirm deletion.

## What happens

* Your subscription is cancelled immediately
* Your AI receptionist stops answering calls
* All call data, transcripts, customer profiles, and account information are permanently deleted within 30 days
* This action cannot be undone

<Note>We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account. Go to Customers and click Export to download your records.</Note>
