# How do I change how my AI handles bookings?

> Adjust your booking mode and scheduling preferences.

## Overview

You can control how your AI receptionist handles appointment scheduling, from fully automatic to manual.

## How to change

**1.** Go to **Settings** then **Bookings** in your dashboard.

**2.** Select your preferred booking mode: Auto-confirm, Request and confirm, or Collect details only.

**3.** Configure appointment durations for each service.

**4.** Click **Save**.
