# What details can my AI collect from callers?

## Overview

Your AI receptionist can collect various details from callers to help you follow up and manage leads effectively.

## Standard details collected

* Full name
* Phone number
* Email address
* Reason for calling
* Preferred callback time

## How to configure

Go to **Settings** then **Receptionist** in your dashboard. Under **Details Collection**, toggle on or off which fields your AI should ask for.

<Note>The more details you ask for, the longer the call. We recommend keeping it to the essentials — name, phone number, and reason for calling — unless your business requires more.</Note>
