# What is Customer Intelligence?

## Overview

Customer Intelligence is a feature that automatically builds profiles of your callers over time. It tracks interaction history, preferences, and patterns to help your AI receptionist provide a more personalised experience.

## What it tracks

* Caller name and contact details
* Call history and frequency
* Services enquired about
* Booking history
* Sentiment and satisfaction signals

## How it helps

* Returning callers are greeted by name
* Your AI remembers what they previously enquired about
* You can see a full interaction timeline for each customer
* Lead scoring becomes more accurate over time
