# How do I enable personalised greetings?

> Let your AI recognise returning callers and greet them by name.

## Overview

When Customer Intelligence is enabled, your AI receptionist can recognise returning callers by their phone number and greet them personally.

## How to enable

**1.** Go to **Settings** then **Receptionist** in your dashboard.

**2.** Toggle on **Personalised Greetings**.

**3.** Click **Save**.

## How it works

When a returning caller rings, the AI checks their phone number against previous call records. If a match is found, it greets them by name — for example, "Hello Sarah, welcome back to Smith Dental. How can I help you today?"

This creates a more personal experience and makes customers feel valued.
