# Why is the Confirm button disabled?

> Troubleshoot when you cannot confirm a booking in your dashboard.

## Common reasons

The Confirm button may be disabled if:

* **Your calendar is not connected** — Revti needs a linked calendar to confirm bookings. Go to Settings then Calendar to connect one.
* **The time slot has passed** — You cannot confirm a booking for a date and time that has already occurred.
* **There is a calendar conflict** — The requested time overlaps with an existing event on your calendar.
* **The booking has expired** — Booking requests expire after a set period if not confirmed.
