# How do I decline a booking?

> Reject a booking request that does not suit your schedule.

## Steps

**1.** Go to **Bookings** in your dashboard.

**2.** Find the booking you want to decline.

**3.** Click **Decline**.

**4.** Optionally, add a reason for declining.

The customer will be notified that the requested time is not available. Depending on your settings, they may be offered alternative times.
