# How do I add additional notes for my AI?

## Overview

Additional notes let you provide extra instructions or context to your AI receptionist beyond the standard business information fields.

## Examples

* "If someone asks about emergency appointments, tell them to call 999 for medical emergencies or provide our emergency contact number."
* "We do not offer teeth whitening, so politely redirect those enquiries."
* "If the caller mentions they were referred by Dr Smith, note this in the call record."

## How to add

**1.** Go to **Settings** then **Business Information**.

**2.** Scroll to **Additional Notes**.

**3.** Enter your instructions.

**4.** Click **Save**.
