# How do I set my business hours?

> Tell your AI when you are open and closed.

## Steps

**1.** Go to **Settings** then **Business Information**.

**2.** Under **Business Hours**, set your opening and closing times for each day of the week.

**3.** Mark days you are closed.

**4.** Click **Save**.

## How it affects your AI

Your AI receptionist uses business hours to inform callers about availability, handle after-hours calls differently, and schedule bookings only during open times.

<Tip>If you use schedule-based call routing, your business hours also determine when calls ring your phone versus going straight to the AI.</Tip>
