# How do I manage my FAQs?

> Add frequently asked questions so your AI can answer them.

## Steps

**1.** Go to **Settings** then **Business Information**.

**2.** Under **FAQs**, add questions and their answers.

**3.** Click **Save**.

## Tips for good FAQs

* Include your most commonly asked questions — parking, accessibility, what to bring, cancellation policy
* Keep answers concise and direct
* Review and update regularly based on call transcripts showing new recurring questions

<Tip>Check your call transcripts every month for questions your AI could not answer. Adding these as FAQs will improve the caller experience.</Tip>
