# Why am I getting a call loop warning?

> Fix the circular forwarding issue between your phone and AI.

## Overview

A call loop happens when your phone is set to forward calls to your AI number, and your AI is set to ring your phone first — creating an endless loop.

## How to fix

**Option 1:** If you are forwarding from your existing business number to Revti, set your call routing to **AI answers directly** instead of Ring phone first.

**Option 2:** If you want Ring phone first, use a different phone number as the ring-first number — not the same number that is forwarding to Revti.
