# How do I set up schedule-based call routing?

> Route calls differently during and outside business hours.

## Steps

**1.** Go to **Settings** then **Call Routing** in your dashboard.

**2.** Select **Schedule-based routing**.

**3.** Set your business hours for each day of the week.

**4.** Choose what happens during business hours — ring your phone first, or go directly to AI.

**5.** Outside business hours, calls will go straight to the AI automatically.

**6.** Click **Save**.
