# How do caller profiles work?

> Understand the information stored in each caller profile.

## Overview

A caller profile is automatically created the first time someone calls your AI receptionist. It stores all relevant information gathered across their interactions.

## What a profile contains

* Name and contact details
* Call history with dates and times
* Transcripts of all conversations
* Services enquired about
* Booking history
* Lead score history
* Any notes you have added

## How to view profiles

Go to **Customers** in your dashboard to see all caller profiles. Click on any profile to view the full detail.
