# How do I export customer data?

> Download your caller data for use in other tools.

## Steps

**1.** Go to **Customers** in your dashboard.

**2.** Click **Export** in the top right corner.

**3.** Choose your format — CSV is recommended for use with spreadsheets and CRM imports.

**4.** Click **Download**.

The export includes all caller profiles with their contact details, call history, lead scores, and notes.
