# How do I view a caller's interaction history?

> See every conversation a caller has had with your AI.

## Steps

**1.** Go to **Customers** in your dashboard.

**2.** Search for the caller by name or phone number.

**3.** Click on their profile.

**4.** The Interaction History tab shows every call in chronological order with transcripts, outcomes, and notes.
