# Customer Intelligence overview

## Overview

Customer Intelligence automatically builds profiles for every person who calls your business. Over time, these profiles become richer as the caller interacts with your AI receptionist across multiple calls.

## Getting started

Customer Intelligence is enabled by default. You can manage settings under **Settings** then **Customer Intelligence** in your dashboard.
