# Customer Intelligence and privacy

> How Revti handles caller data in compliance with UK GDPR.

## Overview

Revti processes caller data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. As a Revti customer, you are the data controller and Revti acts as the data processor.

## What data is collected

* Caller phone numbers
* Names and contact details provided during calls
* Call transcripts and recordings
* Booking and interaction history

## Your responsibilities

* Ensure your business has a valid legal basis for processing caller data (typically legitimate interests)
* Include appropriate information in your privacy notice about how calls are handled by an AI receptionist
* Respond to data subject access requests from your callers

## Data retention

Call data is retained for the duration of your Revti subscription. Upon cancellation, all data is securely deleted within 30 days unless you request a data export beforehand.

## How to delete caller data

You can delete individual caller profiles from the Customers section of your dashboard. To request deletion of all data, contact [support@revti.ai](mailto:support@revti.ai).
