# What are webhooks?

> Understand how Revti sends call data to your other tools.

## Overview

Webhooks allow Revti to automatically send call data to other applications when certain events occur — such as when a call ends, a booking is made, or a hot lead is detected.

## How it works

**1.** You provide a webhook URL from your receiving application (such as Zapier, Make, or your CRM).

**2.** You paste this URL into your Revti dashboard under **Settings** then **Integrations**.

**3.** When a triggering event occurs, Revti sends a POST request to your URL containing the call data.

## What you can do with webhooks

* Automatically add new leads to your CRM
* Send call summaries to a Slack channel
* Update a Google Sheet with every call
* Trigger follow-up emails after a call
* Create tasks in project management tools
