# Set up call forwarding on BT

> Forward missed calls from your BT landline to your Revti AI receptionist.

## Steps

**1.** Log in to your BT account at bt.com or the BT app.

**2.** Go to Your Package then Manage Your Calls.

**3.** Find Call Divert and select When I Do Not Answer.

**4.** Enter your Revti AI number (shown on your dashboard).

**5.** Save your changes.

## Alternative method

You can also call BT customer services on 150 from your BT phone and ask them to set up call divert when unanswered to your Revti AI number.

<Tip>Your Revti AI number is displayed on your dashboard home screen. Copy it from there to avoid typos.</Tip>
