# Set up call forwarding on TalkTalk

> Forward missed calls from your TalkTalk landline to your Revti AI receptionist.

## Steps

**1.** Log in to your TalkTalk account at my.talktalk.co.uk.

**2.** Go to My Services then Home Phone.

**3.** Find Call Divert or Call Forwarding settings.

**4.** Set Divert When No Answer to your Revti AI number (shown on your dashboard).

**5.** Make sure CallSafe is disabled as it can interfere with forwarding.

**6.** Save your changes.

## Alternative method

Call TalkTalk on 0345 172 0088 and ask them to set up call forwarding when unanswered.

<Warning>TalkTalk CallSafe can block forwarding. If calls are not reaching your AI receptionist, check that CallSafe is turned off in your account settings.</Warning>
