# How do I manage my notification preferences?

> Customise which alerts you receive and how.

## Steps

**1.** Go to **Settings** then **Notifications**.

**2.** For each notification type, choose whether to receive it by email, SMS, both, or neither.

**3.** Click **Save**.

## Tips

* Enable Hot lead alerts by SMS for fastest follow-up
* Use email for booking requests and confirmations
* Turn off new call emails if you prefer to check the dashboard periodically rather than being notified per call
