# What notification types are available?

> Overview of all the alerts Revti can send you.

## Overview

Revti can notify you about important events via email and SMS so you never miss a lead or booking.

## Available notifications

* **New call** — Sent after every call your AI handles
* **New booking request** — When a caller requests an appointment
* **Hot lead alert** — When a high-scoring lead calls
* **Missed call** — If a call fails to connect for any reason
* **Booking confirmed** — Confirmation that a booking was accepted
* **Booking expired** — Alert when an unconfirmed booking expires

## How to manage

Go to **Settings** then **Notifications** to toggle each notification type on or off and choose your preferred delivery method.
