## Who we are

Revti.ai is a trading name of Applizer Ltd (Company No. 16613694), registered in England and Wales. We provide AI receptionist and business automation services to UK businesses.

## What data we collect

### If you are a website visitor

* Pages visited, browser type, and device information via cookies and analytics
* Information you submit through contact forms or when booking a consultation

### If you are a Revti customer

* Account details: name, email address, phone number, business name
* Billing information: payment card details (processed securely by our payment provider)
* Platform usage data: call logs, transcripts, booking records, AI configuration settings

### If you are a caller to a Revti-powered business

* Phone number and caller ID
* Name and contact details if provided during the call
* Call recording and transcript
* Enquiry details and any information shared during the conversation

## How we use your data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

* To provide and operate the Revti AI receptionist service
* To manage your account and billing
* To send service-related notifications (call alerts, booking confirmations)
* To improve our AI and service quality
* To comply with legal obligations
* To communicate with you about your account or our services

## Legal basis for processing

We process personal data under the following legal bases (UK GDPR Article 6):

* **Contract:** Processing necessary to deliver the service you have signed up for
* **Legitimate interests:** Improving our service, preventing fraud, ensuring security
* **Legal obligation:** Compliance with UK tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements
* **Consent:** Where you have opted in to marketing communications

## Data sharing

We share personal data with:

* **Infrastructure providers** who host and operate the platform on our behalf (as data processors under contract)

* **Customer account data:** Retained for the duration of your subscription, then deleted within 30 days of account closure
* **Call recordings and transcripts:** Retained for the duration of your subscription unless you delete them earlier
* **Billing records:** Retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law
* **Marketing contacts:** Retained until you unsubscribe

## Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

* **Access** your personal data
* **Rectify** inaccurate data
* **Erase** your data (right to be forgotten)
* **Restrict** processing
* **Data portability** — receive your data in a structured format
* **Object** to processing based on legitimate interests
