# Call quality issues

> Troubleshoot audio problems during AI calls.

## Common issues and fixes

**AI voice sounds robotic or choppy**
This is usually a network issue on the caller's side. If you experience this during a test call, try calling from a different phone or location.

**Caller cannot hear the AI**
Check that the call was actually answered by Revti — verify in your call history. If the call shows as connected but there was no audio, contact support.

**AI misunderstands what callers say**
This can happen with heavy accents, background noise, or poor phone signal. Our team can adjust sensitivity settings if this is a recurring issue.

**Long pauses during the conversation**
Brief pauses are normal as the AI processes responses. If pauses are unusually long, it may indicate a temporary system issue — contact support if it persists.
