# Notifications not arriving

> Fix missing email or SMS alerts.

## Email notifications

* Check your spam or junk folder
* Add [notifications@revti.ai](mailto:notifications@revti.ai) to your safe senders list
* Verify your email address is correct in Settings then Account
* Ensure the notification type is toggled on in Settings then Notifications

## SMS notifications

* Verify your mobile number is correct in your notification settings
* Ensure the notification type is toggled on for SMS
* Check that your phone has signal and is not blocking unknown numbers
