You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@revti.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Revti.ai to:
  • Engage in any unlawful activity
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or automated nuisance calls

6. Pricing and payment

Pricing is published on our website at revti.ai. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due on issue. We reserve the right to suspend your service if payment is overdue by more than 7 days. We may review pricing once per 12-month period with 30 days written notice.

7. AI receptionist accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, the AI receptionist may occasionally misinterpret callers or provide imperfect responses. Revti.ai is not liable for any loss arising from AI errors. You are responsible for reviewing call transcripts and following up with callers as needed.

8. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for full details. As a Revti customer, you are the data controller for personal data relating to your callers. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profit or revenue. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay after written reminder, or use the service in a way that brings Revti.ai into disrepute.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
