Overview
You can control how your AI receptionist handles appointment scheduling, from fully automatic to manual.
How to change
1. Go to Settings then Bookings in your dashboard.
2. Select your preferred booking mode: Auto-confirm, Request and confirm, or Collect details only.
3. Configure appointment durations for each service.
4. Click Save.
