Overview

Every call handled by your AI receptionist is automatically transcribed. You can read the full conversation to understand exactly what was discussed.

How to access a transcript

1. Go to Calls in your dashboard. 2. Click on any call to open the call detail view. 3. The full transcript is displayed showing the conversation between your AI and the caller, with timestamps.

What the transcript includes

  • Everything the caller said
  • Every response from your AI receptionist
  • Timestamps for each part of the conversation
  • Any details collected such as name, phone number, email, and enquiry specifics

Using transcripts

Transcripts are useful for quality checking, training your team, understanding customer needs, and following up on specific enquiries. You can also use them to identify common questions that you might want to add to your AI’s knowledge base.
If you notice the AI mishandling a particular type of enquiry, let our team know and we will update the configuration.
