Overview

Setting up your Revti AI receptionist is straightforward. After signing up, our team walks you through a short onboarding call and configures everything for you.

Steps to get started

1. Book your onboarding call — After signing up, you will receive an email with a link to schedule a 15-minute setup call. 2. Share your business details — During the call, we collect your key information including services, pricing, FAQs, booking rules, and business hours. 3. We train your AI — Our team configures your AI receptionist with your business knowledge. This typically takes 24 to 48 hours. 4. Choose your voice — Pick from 27 voice options to match your brand tone. 5. Set up call forwarding — Forward your existing business number to your Revti number, or share your Revti number directly. 6. Make a test call — Call your Revti number to hear how your AI handles enquiries before going live. 7. Go live — Once you are happy, Revti starts answering calls 24/7.
