Common issues and fixes
AI voice sounds robotic or choppy
This is usually a network issue on the caller’s side. If you experience this during a test call, try calling from a different phone or location.
Caller cannot hear the AI
Check that the call was actually answered by Revti — verify in your call history. If the call shows as connected but there was no audio, contact support.
AI misunderstands what callers say
This can happen with heavy accents, background noise, or poor phone signal. Our team can adjust sensitivity settings if this is a recurring issue.
Long pauses during the conversation
Brief pauses are normal as the AI processes responses. If pauses are unusually long, it may indicate a temporary system issue — contact support if it persists.
