Quick setup

The fastest way to set up forwarding on EE is to scan the QR code in your Revti dashboard. Open your dashboard, go to the call forwarding setup page, select EE, and scan the QR code with your phone. Done.

Manual setup

If you prefer to set it up manually, dial the following from your EE phone: Forward when unanswered (recommended): Dial **004*[your Revti AI number]**15# and press call. This forwards calls to your AI receptionist if you do not answer within 15 seconds. Forward when busy: Dial **67*[your Revti AI number]# and press call. Forward all calls: Dial **21*[your Revti AI number]# and press call.

To cancel forwarding

Dial ##004# and press call to remove all conditional forwarding.
Replace [your Revti AI number] with the number shown on your dashboard. Use the international format starting with +44.
