Email notifications
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Add notifications@revti.ai to your safe senders list
- Verify your email address is correct in Settings then Account
- Ensure the notification type is toggled on in Settings then Notifications
SMS notifications
- Verify your mobile number is correct in your notification settings
- Ensure the notification type is toggled on for SMS
- Check that your phone has signal and is not blocking unknown numbers
