Overview
A call loop happens when your phone is set to forward calls to your AI number, and your AI is set to ring your phone first — creating an endless loop.
How to fix
Option 1: If you are forwarding from your existing business number to Revti, set your call routing to AI answers directly instead of Ring phone first.
Option 2: If you want Ring phone first, use a different phone number as the ring-first number — not the same number that is forwarding to Revti.
Call loops can cause calls to fail or ring endlessly. Fix this immediately if you see the warning in your dashboard.
