Check these first

1. Is your subscription active? Go to Settings then Billing and confirm your plan is active and payment is up to date. 2. Is call forwarding set up correctly? If you are forwarding from your existing number, check that the forwarding destination matches your Revti AI number exactly. 3. Is there a call loop? If you see a call loop warning in your dashboard, follow the steps in Why am I getting a call loop warning?. 4. Is the number correct? Double-check you are calling the right Revti number shown on your dashboard. 5. Network issues? In rare cases, phone network outages can affect call routing. Try again after a few minutes. If none of these resolve the issue, contact support@revti.ai with your account details and the time of the failed call.
