Overview

Every call your AI receptionist handles is logged in your dashboard with a full record including time, duration, caller details, and outcome.

How to view call history

1. Log in to your Revti dashboard. 2. Click Calls in the main navigation. 3. You will see a list of all calls, with the most recent at the top.

What each call record shows

  • Date and time of the call
  • Caller name and number (if provided)
  • Duration of the call
  • Call reason — what the caller was enquiring about
  • Lead score — how likely the caller is to convert
  • Outcome — whether a booking was made, information was provided, or a callback was requested

Searching and filtering

Use the search bar to find calls by caller name, phone number, or keyword. You can also filter by date range, call reason, or lead score to find specific calls quickly.
