Steps

1. Log in to your TalkTalk account at my.talktalk.co.uk. 2. Go to My Services then Home Phone. 3. Find Call Divert or Call Forwarding settings. 4. Set Divert When No Answer to your Revti AI number (shown on your dashboard). 5. Make sure CallSafe is disabled as it can interfere with forwarding. 6. Save your changes.

Alternative method

Call TalkTalk on 0345 172 0088 and ask them to set up call forwarding when unanswered.
TalkTalk CallSafe can block forwarding. If calls are not reaching your AI receptionist, check that CallSafe is turned off in your account settings.
