You keep your number
This is the most common question we get, and the answer is simple: you keep your existing business phone number. Nothing changes for your customers. You simply set up call forwarding so that when you are busy, unavailable, or closed, calls are automatically redirected to your Revti AI receptionist. Your customers call the same number they always have. The only difference is that now, every call gets answered.How it works
1. You sign up for Revti and we assign you a dedicated AI phone number. 2. You set up call forwarding from your existing business number to your Revti AI number. This takes two minutes. 3. When a call comes in and you do not answer, it is automatically forwarded to your AI receptionist which handles it on your behalf. 4. You receive a notification with the call summary, transcript, and any booking requests.Forwarding options
You choose when calls go to the AI:- When you do not answer — Your phone rings first. If you do not pick up within a set number of seconds, the call forwards to the AI. This is the most popular option.
- When you are busy — If you are already on another call, the next call goes to the AI.
- When unreachable — If your phone is off or out of signal, calls go to the AI.
- All calls — Every call goes straight to the AI. Best for after-hours or if you want fully hands-off coverage.
