Overview
You can add custom questions that your AI receptionist asks callers. This is useful for gathering business-specific information during calls.How to add custom questions
1. Go to Settings then Receptionist in your dashboard. 2. Scroll to Custom Questions. 3. Click Add Question. 4. Type your question, for example: “Is this for an emergency appointment or a routine check-up?” 5. Click Save.Examples by industry
- Dental practice: “Is this for an NHS or private appointment?”
- Veterinary clinic: “What type of animal is the appointment for?”
- Solicitor: “What area of law does your enquiry relate to?”
- Estate agent: “Are you looking to buy, sell, or rent?”
