Overview
Revti offers three call routing modes.
AI answers directly
Every call goes straight to your AI receptionist without ringing your phone. Best for businesses that want 24/7 AI coverage or do not want to be interrupted by calls.
Ring your phone first
Incoming calls ring your phone for a set number of seconds. If you do not answer, the call is forwarded to your AI receptionist. Best for businesses that prefer to answer personally when available.
Schedule-based routing
During set hours, calls ring your phone first. Outside those hours, calls go straight to the AI. Best for businesses with defined office hours that want AI coverage after hours and on weekends.
How to change
Go to Settings then Call Routing in your dashboard and select your preferred mode.
