Additional notes let you provide extra instructions or context to your AI receptionist beyond the standard business information fields.

Examples

  • “If someone asks about emergency appointments, tell them to call 999 for medical emergencies or provide our emergency contact number.”
  • “We do not offer teeth whitening, so politely redirect those enquiries.”
  • “If the caller mentions they were referred by Dr Smith, note this in the call record.”

How to add

1. Go to Settings then Business Information. 2. Scroll to Additional Notes. 3. Enter your instructions. 4. Click Save.
