Overview

When you set up your Revti AI receptionist, you are assigned a phone number. You can request either a mobile number or a landline number depending on what suits your business.

How to switch

1. Log in to your Revti dashboard. 2. Navigate to Settings. 3. Under Phone Number, you will see your current number type. 4. To switch between mobile and landline, contact our team at support@revti.ai with your preference.

Which should I choose?

  • Landline numbers look more professional and established. Recommended for practices, clinics, and offices.
  • Mobile numbers are familiar and approachable. Suitable for tradespeople, consultants, and solo operators.
Switching your number may take up to 24 hours. Your previous number will be deactivated once the new one is live, so remember to update your call forwarding settings.
