1. Go to Settings then Receptionist in your dashboard. 2. Find the Opening Message field. 3. Type your preferred greeting, for example: “Good morning, thank you for calling Smith Dental. How can I help you today?” 4. Click Save.Tips for a good opening message
- Keep it short and warm — under 15 seconds spoken
- Include your business name so callers know they have reached the right place
- End with an open question like “How can I help?”
