Steps
1. Go to Settings then Notifications. 2. For each notification type, choose whether to receive it by email, SMS, both, or neither. 3. Click Save.Tips
- Enable Hot lead alerts by SMS for fastest follow-up
- Use email for booking requests and confirmations
- Turn off new call emails if you prefer to check the dashboard periodically rather than being notified per call
