Steps
1. Go to Settings then Business Information.
2. Under Business Hours, set your opening and closing times for each day of the week.
3. Mark days you are closed.
4. Click Save.
How it affects your AI
Your AI receptionist uses business hours to inform callers about availability, handle after-hours calls differently, and schedule bookings only during open times.
If you use schedule-based call routing, your business hours also determine when calls ring your phone versus going straight to the AI.
