Steps
1. Go to Settings then Call Routing in your dashboard.
2. Select Schedule-based routing.
3. Set your business hours for each day of the week.
4. Choose what happens during business hours — ring your phone first, or go directly to AI.
5. Outside business hours, calls will go straight to the AI automatically.
6. Click Save.
This is the most popular routing option. It gives you personal control during the day while ensuring every after-hours and weekend call is captured by your AI.
