Steps

1. Log in to your Sky account at sky.com. 2. Go to My Account then Sky Talk. 3. Find Call Divert settings. 4. Set Divert When No Answer to your Revti AI number (shown on your dashboard). 5. Save your changes.

Alternative method

Call Sky on 03442 414 141 and ask them to set up call divert when unanswered to your Revti AI number.
Your Revti AI number is displayed on your dashboard home screen.
