Yes. You can share your Revti AI phone number directly with customers as your primary business number. This means all inbound calls go straight to your AI receptionist.
When to share your AI number directly
- You want every call answered by your AI receptionist immediately
- You are a solo operator and do not have a receptionist or office staff
- You want to use Revti as your main business line
How to use it
1. Find your Revti phone number on your dashboard home screen.
2. Add it to your website, Google Business Profile, business cards, email signature, and any other customer-facing materials.
3. All calls to this number will be handled by your AI receptionist 24/7.
Combining with call forwarding
You can also set up call routing so your personal phone rings first, and if you do not answer within a set number of seconds, the call forwards to your AI receptionist. This gives you the flexibility to pick up when you are available while ensuring every call is answered.
If you already have an established business number, most customers recommend keeping that number and setting up call forwarding to Revti rather than changing their number entirely.
