Overview

When a caller rings for the second time or more, Revti recognises their phone number and retrieves their profile. This enables the AI to greet them by name and reference their previous interactions.

What the AI can do with returning callers

  • Greet them personally — “Hello Sarah, welcome back”
  • Reference their last enquiry or booking
  • Skip information it has already collected, such as name and email
  • Provide a smoother, faster experience

Requirements

Customer Intelligence must be enabled, and Personalised Greetings must be toggled on in your settings.
