General steps
The process is similar across most providers:
1. Log in to your provider’s website or app.
2. Find Call Divert, Call Forwarding, or Routing settings.
3. Set Divert When No Answer or Forward Unanswered Calls to your Revti AI number (shown on your dashboard).
4. Save your changes.
If you cannot find the settings
Call your provider’s customer service line and ask them to set up call forwarding when unanswered to your Revti AI number. Most providers can do this over the phone within a few minutes.
VoIP systems
If you use a VoIP system (such as RingCentral, 8x8, Vonage, or similar), look for call forwarding or failover settings in your admin panel. Set the failover or no-answer destination to your Revti AI number.
Your Revti AI number is displayed on your dashboard home screen. If you need help setting up forwarding on your specific provider, contact
