Steps
1. Log in to your BT account at bt.com or the BT app.
2. Go to Your Package then Manage Your Calls.
3. Find Call Divert and select When I Do Not Answer.
4. Enter your Revti AI number (shown on your dashboard).
5. Save your changes.
Alternative method
You can also call BT customer services on 150 from your BT phone and ask them to set up call divert when unanswered to your Revti AI number.
Your Revti AI number is displayed on your dashboard home screen. Copy it from there to avoid typos.
